HEAVENLY HASH 
2 c. cold cooked rice
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can apricot halves, drained
1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Toasted slivered almonds

Lightly toss together rice, marshmallows, apricots and pineapple. Whip cream, gradually adding sugar and vanilla. Fold into fruit mixture. Chill several hours. Garnish with almonds. A North Dakota dish, delicious anytime.
