TEXAS PINTOS 
1 lb. bag dried pinto beans (soaked overnight)
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can Snappy Tom tomato juice or 4 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic

Brown meat with onions, add beans and juice or sauce and garlic, cover well with water and simmer 2 to 3 hours. Serve like soup with sour cream and salsa. Makes great refried beans the next day.
