2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 tbsp. hot water
Use green food coloring or any color you want

Combine and beat until smooth and mixture holds shape. Drop into center of cookies with teaspoon.
