CRACKER DIP 
2 lg. jars dried beef, chopped fine
2 bunches green onions, chopped fine
2 lg. pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk

Divide the chopped beef in half. Reserve 1/2 of the beef. Mix the beef, onions, and softened cream cheese. Then roll after shaping into balls, into the dried beef that was reserved.
