HAMBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 sm. onion 2 c. elbow macaroni 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can corn or peas 3/4 c. Velveeta, cubed 24 Ritz crackers, crumbled 1/2 c. milk Brown hamburger in skillet with chopped onion. Boil macaroni. Drain both and mix with remaining ingredients, except a few crackers. Grease casserole pan and pour in, sprinkle the remaining cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4. |
