CRANBERRY NUT CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 sq. orange 2 tbsp. oil Hot water to make 2/3 c. 1 beaten egg 1 c. cranberries 1 c. chopped walnuts Sift dry ingredients in large bowl. In 1 cup container squeeze 1 orange. Add 2 tablespoons oil and enough hot water to make 2/3 cup; add 1 beaten egg. Add slowly to dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in greased and floured 9x13 pan. |
