FETTUCCINE WITH CHICKEN AND
MUSHROOMS
 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. deboned and skinned chicken breast
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (6-8 lg.)
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 - 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
4 oz. fettuccine, cooked
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in pan. Add chicken and mushrooms. Cook and stir over moderate heat about 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in flour, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper. Blend in milk. Cook and stir over moderate heat until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Add fettuccine and Parmesan cheese, tossing to coat. Serve with Parmesan cheese to sprinkle.
