1 box (6 oz.) orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Make Jello and fold in sherbet until melted, then fold in whipped heavy cream and last add mandarin oranges. Put into Jello mold.
