WALNUT FROSTIE COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg

Mix all together well. If it is too dry, put in the microwave for about 1 minute. Roll into balls and put thumb print in each cookie. Then put a teaspoonful of topping into each thumb print. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
