ALAMA'S CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
Pinch salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring water and butter to a rapid boil in a heavy pan. Stir in flour. Remove pan from stove and stir in eggs one at a time. Drop by small teaspoonfuls on foil covered cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Can be made ahead of time and frozen. When ready to use fill with chicken, turkey, shrimp or ham salad.
