BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. butter
10 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey

Wash wings, split at each joint and discard tips. Deep fry at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes until crispy. Drain well. Melt butter; stir in hot sauce, lemon juice and honey. Dip wings in sauce. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Yields: 6 to 8 servings.
