GREEN CHILI PIE 
2 lbs. lean ground meat, drain, set aside
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chili, chopped
1 sm. onion
1 lg. bag Dorito chips

Brown ground meat, drain and set aside. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, green chili, and onion. Bring to a boil. Grate 1 pound or so of Cheddar cheese (set aside). In a 9 x 13 inch bread pan, put layer of Dorito chips, then layer of meat, layer of cheese. Pour 1/2 of sauce, repeat chips, meat, cheese and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
