PORK CHOPS AND BEER 
4-6 pork chops, fat removed
1 c. catsup
1 c. beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Brown chops in fry pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add catsup and beer. Cover baking dish or ovenproof pan with foil wrap. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
