BRUNSWICK STEW | |
4 cans Lesueur sweet peas 3 onions, diced 1 bottle Busy Bee BBQ sauce 1 bottle Ketchup 4 cans diced tomatoes 4 cans whole kernel corn 1 large Boston butt hot sauce to taste 5 lbs. potatoes peeled and diced Cook Boston butt until falling apart. You want it good and tender. Add everything else and cook on low heat until done. It will be done when the potatoes are tender. |
