MOLDED AMBROSIA SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mandarine oranges, drained
1/3 c. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple and sugar. Cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into mold which has been sprayed with Pam.
