IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
Chopped lettuce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate; top with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with chopped tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Around edge of plate, arrange chopped lettuce; inside lettuce arrange a ring of chopped tomatoes. Cover remaining pie with sour cream and top sour cream with a little grated Cheddar cheese.
