CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE 
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 baked pie shell
Meringue for top

Mix above ingredients in order given, stirring well between each addition. Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 teaspoons butter and stir in well. Cool and pour in pie shell. Top with meringue and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool thoroughly before eating.
