1 box any flavor cake mix
1 egg (lg.)
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix dry cake mix with egg and Cool Whip well. Roll 1 spoonful in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 7-8 minutes. Lemon cake mix makes excellent cookies.
