JUICY MEAT LOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 3 slices bread, cut up 1 c. milk 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 onion, chopped fine 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. ketchup 1 egg Salt and pepper Cut up bread and soak in milk until mushy, add to ground chuck with all the remaining ingredients. Shape in a loaf and place in a 9x5x3 inch pan that has been greased with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
