PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs 1 c. oil 3 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. grated zucchini 1 tsp. salt 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. nuts, chopped Place eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini into bowl and mix. Add rest of ingredients to mixture. Blend well. Put into greased and floured bread pans. Yield: 2 loaves, 5 1/2 x 9 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
