MARINATED SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1/2 mango pepper
1/2 onion
2 carrots
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Shred cabbage, pepper, onion and carrots. Combine remaining ingredients and heat to boiling point. Pour hot mixture over shredded vegetable mixture. Stir well and store in refrigerator overnight.
