INSTANT PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping

Mix together and spread on crust.

TOP LAYER:

1 large or 2 small boxes instant pudding, any flavor. Mix according to directions. Pour over cheese mixture. Top with additional whipped topping and nuts.
