BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 head broccoli, cut up into sm. pieces
2 chopped green onions
3 slices bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
2 tomatoes, diced

DRESSING:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar (I only use 1/2 c. otherwise too sweet for me)
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. salt

Shake to blend all dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss well. I have also used Catalina salad dressing instead of making my own.
