PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
For special diets - no fat, no sugar, no salt.

1 can crushed pineapple, unsweetened
1 1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1 frozen apple juice, unsweetened (concentrate)
Shredded Wheat
Grape Nuts
Shallow baking dish
Cinnamon (to taste)
Vanilla (to taste)

1. Pour thin layer apple juice in baking dish.

2. Crumble wheat squares - press in bottom of dish to form a crust.

3. Add layer pineapple.

4. Add crushed wheat - press into pineapple.

5. Add thin layer crushed wheat.

6. Add cinnamon and vanilla to applesauce.

7. Spread layer of applesauce.

8. Add Grape Nuts to applesauce - pressing with spoon to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator - cut into squares.
