OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken, cut in pieces (skin removed)
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat the inside of a jelly roll pan with 2 teaspoons melted butter.

Combine Bisquick and seasonings together in a plastic bag and shake to combine. Rinse chicken pieces in water; drain in colander. Put 1-2 pieces of chicken in bag with coating mix and shake to coat pieces. Put pieces in pan and bake for 1/2 hour. Turn pieces over and bake 1/2 hour more. Note: To make clean up easier, line your pan with aluminum foil first, then put in the butter and chicken.
