MIXED NUT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
12 oz. can mixed nuts

Mix first 4 ingredients together like pie crust. Pat into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Melt butterscotch chips, syrup, butter and water over medium heat. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Return to oven.

Bake for 10 minutes more. Do not overbake.
