CHICKEN & STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. butter
16 oz. loaf bread, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced celery
2 med. onions, diced
3 chicken breasts, cooked, save broth or buy can (1 c.) chicken broth
Salt & pepper
1 or 2 sm. cans mushrooms with juice

Saute onions, celery, mushrooms and butter. Combine all ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes covered with foil. Remove cover and continue baking 20 minutes more.
