POPCORN CRUNCH 
1 1/2 lb. chocolate-flavored confectioners' coating, cut up
3 tbsp. peanut butter
14 c. popped popcorn
3 c. crisp rice cereal
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick coating; set aside. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine confectioners' coating and peanut butter. Microwave on 100% power (high) for 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring after every minute.

In a very large bowl combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts. Pour warm melted chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread onto prepared cookie sheet; cool thoroughly. Break apart and store in a tightly covered container for up to 5 days. Makes 22 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
