LEMON CREAM DIP 
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups whipped cream

Mix all ingredients till creamy. Taste and if not enough lemon add 1/2 tablespoon. Then taste again.

This recipe is most likely to taste the best when you dip fresh fruit in it.
