"MICRO QUICK BAKED POTATOES" 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 baking potatoes

Melt butter. Combine cheese and spices in shallow dish. Cut potatoes lengthwise, dip into butter, then cheese mixture. Place cut side up in 2 quart baking dish.

Micro-wave for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender (with wax paper). Let it cool off for about 15 minutes.
