WARM BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR DIP 
1 env. Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli or spinach thawed, drained and squeezed dry

In quart casserole dish combine vegetable soup mix, sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese. Mix until smooth. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve hot with vegetables, bread sticks or crackers.

Makes about 3 cups of dip.
