1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Hershey's Kiss

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Stir in butter. Mix in peanut butter, until blended. Gradually add sugar mix until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and quickly press in chocolate candy into the top of the cookie. Cookie will crack around edges. Yield 4 dozen or makes 4 dozen.

Put a chocolate Hershey's Kiss on top of cookie, but before that roll the dough in sugar.
