1 pkg. rice stick noodles 3 tbsp. oil 3 cloves garlic, chopped 4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 c. water 1 c. uncooked chicken, sliced 1 c. uncooked liver, sliced 1/2 c. shrimp 1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced 1 c. carrots, thinly sliced 1/2 green onion, chopped Salt to taste Soak noodles in warm water for 10 minutes. Heat oil and saute garlic. Saute chicken and liver. Add soy sauce and water and simmer for ten minutes. Add carrot and cabbage and salt to taste. Add more water if desired. Drain noodles and add to above ingredients. Add shrimp and cook until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with green onion. |
