1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar

In saucepan, melt butter with sugar (low heat). Add flour all at once stir until mixture forms ball. Place in pie plate and press with fingertips to form crust. Fill with canned filling such as cherry, blueberry or etc.

TOPPING:

1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. milk

In small bowl beat egg white with sugar blend in flour and milk until smooth. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
