1 c. shortening 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. quick oatmeal 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. coconut Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour which has been sifted with baking powder, soda, and salt. Add oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut. Make in small balls and press with fork. Bake in 350 degree oven about 10 minutes. |
