HAM AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 loaf Italian bread
butter
1 c. cheddar and Velveeta cheese
1 c. very thin ham slices
6 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Grease bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan with butter. Place slices of Italian bread on bottom of pan. Add cheese and ham slices. Cut remaining bread into cubes and put 1 cup full on top. Mix eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set.
