RAINBOW PUNCH 
3 pt. assorted flavors sherbet
3 bottles (28 oz. each) chilled ginger ale

Make scoops of sherbet and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. When ready to serve pour ginger ale into a punch bowl and top with scoops of sherbet. About 20 (4 ounce) servings.
