FROZEN DAIQUIRI DESSERT 
1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 oz.) can frozen Daiquiri mix (raspberry is great)
12 oz. Cool Whip

In 9x13 pan crumble cracker. Mix in sugar. Melt butter and stir in; reserve 3/4 cup. Press rest in bottom of pan. Mix condensed milk and Daiquiri mix together; add Cool Whip. Freeze at least 1 1/2 hours.
