1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped (optional)
1/2 pkg. taco mix
8 oz. cheese (cheddar or Monteray Jack)
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Mix in taco mix. Put into a 9 inch pie pan. Next, add a layer of cheese. Mix milk, eggs, and Bisquick together and then put on top of cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
