DILLY TOMATO RELISH 
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. fresh dill, minced
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Combine all in bowl; mix well. Seal in prepared jars.
