APPLES 'N' CREAM DESSERT SQUARES 
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg

Combine first 3 ingredients. Blend until crumbly. Press into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and 1/2 inch up sides. Spread fruit filling over the base. Mix sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over filling. Blend sour cream and egg, then spoon evenly over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until edges are light brown. Refrigerate leftovers. Cut into 12 to 15 squares.
