PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4-6 pork chops, floured and browned
1 sm. can mushrooms, chopped
1 can Campbell's consomme soup and water
10 tbsp. uncooked rice, not Minute Rice
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, sliced

Combine rice and salt in glass baking dish (oblong) and cover with onion and mushrooms. Place pork chops on top and cover them with soup and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
