CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
4 to 6 deboned chicken breasts, cubed 2 x 2 inches
1/2 c. soy sauce (or Teriyaki marinade)
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. diced or minced onion
Garlic salt
Dash of lemon juice

Mix ingredients together and marinate at least 4 hours, overnight is better. Place on skewers and grill or broil until lightly brown.
