ROAST WITH WINE 
3 lb. boneless rump
1 pkg. Knorr's onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine
1 c. water
3-4 carrots, sliced
2-3 cubed potatoes (optional)

Brown meat, salt and pepper. Add wine, soup, water, carrots. Cook as pot roast or in crock pot.
