STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
9-inch pie shell, baked

Combine pudding mix, gelatin, water, and lemon juice in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions.

Fold 1 1/2 cups topping and the strawberries into gelatin mixture; turn into cooled pie shell. Chill until set, about 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional strawberries.
