6 cups instant nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (optional)

Store in air tight container.

To serve, mix 1/2 cup cocoa mix with 1 cup boiling water.

Yields 12 servings.
