2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Place ground beef in 3 quart microwave casserole. Cover. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir twice during cooking. Add seasonings. Mix well. Cover. Microwave 7 minutes. Stir twice during cooking. Serve on buns with onion, pickle and cheese. Also great stuffed into pita bread.
