BROCCOLI SOUP 
5 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. carrot coins

Bring broth to a boil. Add vegetables and cook for 15 minutes. While cooking make sauce. 6 tbsp. flour

Cook this for a couple of minutes. Add 2 cups cream slowly and stir constantly. Add this to broth slowly and stir constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
