PEANUT PUDDING TORTE 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Blend together and pat in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

2ND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread on 1st Layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk

Mix pudding and milk well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with additional Cool Whip. Shred one Hershey bar over top. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
