3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix peanut butter and butter with wooden spoon. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, knead in bowl until creamy. Press firmly in 8"x8"x2" pan. Chill for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
